We had the most amazing stay at Nobleden and would highly recommend to anyone visiting New York! The staff are really friendly and accommodating. We got engaged while in New York and parents sent some gifts to the room which they were happy to accommodate, and we also received a bottle of red wine as it was my partner's birthday while we were out there. As room sizes go in New York it was a really decent size with lots of smart storage solutions and spaces that make the room feels much bigger. Really liked the nice big waterfall shower and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. The roof terrace is just amazing, with views of downtown to one side, and then the Empire State building to the other - it is a must to go up there with a bottle of something and watch the sunset. There are tea/coffee facilities downstairs with a variety of options, and in the morning there are fruit/pastries but these tend to go before 8am, so not too early, and the hotel was at full capacity when we stayed. We stayed there during the Feast of San Gennaro was on and so it was very busy outside with lots of people, music and food stalls. This didn't bother us and just made the city feel even more lively and gave us some more food choices. Really good connections to a few subway stations so was convenient to travel anywhere in Manhattan. Lots of food options nearby. Highly recommend!

Our first visit to New York- this hotel seemed good value compared to others of a similar review score and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Location was very good - on the corner of Chinatown and Little Italy - great subway/ metro links - JFK direct to the Bowery 300 metres away - within 5 minutes walk of a multitude of shops - (esp clothing) catering for all tastes .restaurants and bars .Reception staff- first class ,friendly ,knowledgeable and helpful .An excellent free coffee and tea machine in the lobby ,breakfast croissants on the table and often fresh fruit available .Never had to wait for a lift - (often commented on in reviews of NY hotels) - the room was warm ,the bed exceptionally comfortable ( it was a cold January ),cleaned daily and had a brilliant powerful shower .People ,in reviews, often suggest NY hotel rooms are tiny ,but this was perfectly adequate for a week's stay .It ticked all the boxes for a superb break and I would recommend it without hesitation . PS In some reviews people expressed reservations about the left luggage arrangements .Yes it is left in the corner of the lobby but it is ticketed ,locked together and in full view of CCTV cameras and I was more than happy to leave ours there on the final day as aslo I had never seen the reception desk unsupervised .

Morgan was absolutely amazing! He made sure we were informed on everything to do with the hotel and facilities and also the surrounding area. He gave great recommendations and we went to each one and was not disappointed at all, they turned out to be our favourite parts of the trip! This hotel is very underrated, it’s a hidden gem in an authentic area which gives a great feel for locals of NYC. There is a great rooftop with views of the city, so nice to watch the sunset and sunrise. The beds are comfy and very clean. They have all different teas, coffee, hot drinks and cold drinks with a honesty jar to pay accordingly. They had a fresh range of croissants delivered every morning too, which were complimentary. All of the other staff members were very welcoming too every time we came in! You get a cute NobleDEN teddy bear to take home and also get discounts at food places or activities for being a guest of NobleDEN. Morgan also helped us book taxis back to the airport and confirmed a fixed price + tip which helped a lot with planning.

Everything about this stay was exceptional and very well thought. Our queen standard room was adequate for our needs, there is a small closet, and storage throughout the room, around the bed, bedside table and on the stand alone basin/make up station. The separate wc/ shower saved us so much time and the small fridge could fit a leftover dessert and couple snacks and drinks. Most importantly, the mattress and linen were of great quality, despite my jet lag, was able to sleep comfortably. Other things to note was the quiet environment, it might have been our case, although the hotel was packed for the nine days we stayed at. Thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary coffee/tea/water/ice that was provided by the lobby area. Last but not least, the area felt safe and very convenient for exploring most areas of Manhattan and even the Dumbo of Brooklyn. Thank you guys!

This is a great hotel to stay at. There are 3 different subway stations around, the hotel is surrounded by a lot of Italian and Chinese restaurants (tip: go to Ferrara across the street and try the cannoli). The hotel has a great rooftop as well, from where you can look around, relax and enjoy the view. Our room was clean and quiet, the mini-fridge in the room turned out to be useful. Next to the main lobby you can get tea, coffee or hot water free of charge. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but they leave out fruits and complimentary mini croissants in the morning, which I consider to be a very nice gesture. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower excellent. The reception staff was very friendly and kind, also.
